This meeting is dedicated to addressing plasma etching and stripping challenges in processes for advanced semiconductors, memory applications, more-than-Moore applications and quantum applications. Additionally, there are two other sessions focused on emerging plasma etching concepts and technologies (such as new plasma sources, novel etch gases and chemistries) and the fundamental aspects of plasmas (including process and surface chemistry modeling, plasma diagnostics).

PESM 2025 is the fifteenth meeting dedicated to plasma etch and strip. This two-day workshop will be held in Chemnitz, Germany, on June 16^th –17^th, 2025, with an expected attendance of approximately 100 plasma processing researchers and technologists.

The initiative to organize the workshop has received strong support from engineers and scientists around the world who participated in previous PESM workshops organized in Grenoble (https://pesm2023.insight-outside.fr/) and Leuven (https://www.imec-int.com/en/events/pesm-placep-2024).
We are seeking industrial sponsorships both to help defray registration costs for workshop attendees and to provide sponsors with targeted, high-visibility advertising opportunities.

Sponsorship Packages

At the PESM 2025 conference from June 16^th to June 17^th in Chemnitz, two different sponsor formats can be booked:

Standard Sponsorship
Acknowledgement of your sponsorship with your corporate logo on the PESM 2025 website. Acknowledgement during the opening and closing remarks of the workshop by the conference chairman with your corporate logo. Your corporate logo displayed on the screen during intersession breaks. Inclusion of your corporate logo on the back cover of the PESM conference extended abstract book.

Extended Sponsorship

All benefits of the Standard Sponsorship. – Registration for up to two persons. Authorization to use a 1m horizontal by 2m vertical poster area for advertising. Opportunity to distribute promotional material at the workshop venue. Inclusion of a technical digest (1 to 4 pages, A4) describing your product (color printed) at the beginning of the abstract book or add a flyer in the abstract book (to be provided by you one week in advance).

Additional Options for Extended Sponsorship

In consultation with our sponsors, we can provide the following options based on your needs. Please indicate your choice when placing your order. Options A and B are mutually exclusive (only one can be chosen):
