This meeting is dedicated to addressing plasma etching and stripping challenges in processes for advanced semiconductors, memory applications, more-than-Moore applications and quantum applications. Additionally, there are two other sessions focused on emerging plasma etching concepts and technologies (such as new plasma sources, novel etch gases and chemistries) and the fundamental aspects of plasmas (including process and surface chemistry modeling, plasma diagnostics).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PESM 2025 is the fifteenth meeting dedicated to plasma etch and strip.<\/strong> This two-day workshop will be held in Chemnitz, Germany, on June 16th<\/sup> \u201317th<\/sup>, 2025, with an expected attendance of approximately 100 plasma processing researchers and technologists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative to organize the workshop has received strong support from engineers and scientists around the world who participated in previous PESM workshops organized in Grenoble (https:\/\/pesm2023.insight-outside.fr\/<\/a>) and Leuven (https:\/\/www.imec-int.com\/en\/events\/pesm-placep-2024<\/a>).

At the PESM 2025 conference from June 16th<\/sup> to June 17th<\/sup> in Chemnitz, two different sponsor formats can be booked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
