Only abstracts from registered delegates who paid the registration fees in full will be considered for program planning and published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send your abstract by <s>March 3<sup>rd<\/sup><\/s> March 17<sup>th<\/sup> to <a href=\"mailto:pesm2025@memsfab.de\">pesm2025@memsfab.de<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language: All submitted material shall be written in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference: Choose oral presentation or poster session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Topics: Please choose one of the 6 topics\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Etching processes for semiconductors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etching processes for advanced memory applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etching processes for more than Moore<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emerging etching concepts and technology fundamentals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>plasma, vapor cleaning and isotropic etch concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plasma diagnostics and simulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title of presentation: Please provide a title (maximum of 50 words) that clearly indicates the content of the contribution. Avoid abbreviations in the title. The author is solely responsible for the ethical and scientific content of the submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The presenting author is expected to present the work in-person during the congress (oral or poster session).
